As per the Customer Agreement with CampusNote states, the registered users should maintain the confidentiality of the account and password. Customers have to accept all the responsibilities connected to their account. The accessibility of services is open for everyone- adult and children. If the customer is below 18 years, involvement of a parent or guardian for accessing our services is highly recommended. CampusNote has the right to remove or edit content, cancel orders, terminate accounts and even refuse services, if required.

Unless the representative receives and processes the communication send to CampusNote, none of the e-mail via website would be effective. Applicability of Law
You agree that these Terms and Conditions and all related matters are governed by laws of the state and it will also affect in case of any disputes arise between you and CampusNote, excluding any private International law or the conflict of laws that can lead to the application of any other laws.
Disputes concerning your visit to the website or on the products or services sold or distributed by CampusNote or through CampusNote in which the aggregate total claim for relief sought on behalf of one or more parties exceed $7,500 shall be adjudicated in any state or federal court. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. The court proceedings on the Disputes should be held within six months after the Dispute arose in a competent jurisdiction.
Site Modification & Severability
CampusNote reserves the right to make changes in the website, whether in policies or Conditions of Use, in any time. If these provisions are found to be unlawful or unenforceable, then that clause will be detached from rest of the Terms and Conditions, without affecting rest of the provisions.
