1A). What is CampusNote?
Is a platform that connects Students with their school notes, and will back you up if you missed any class to get your notes
1B). What makes services of CampusNote different?
Our service allow professors, tutors and students to upload their subject note, study guides, syllabus… etc.
Once the professor uploads the note an Email and SMS will be received to all his students mentioning that a new note has been uploaded
Also professors can use the absence calendar service that will allow them to send email and sms to their students if they will miss any class.
1C). Why CampusNote is better?
Campusnote is better because:
1. It’s fast
2. Will save colleges and universities tons of wasted paper
3. It’s more reliable.
1D). What should be the format of the file?
The books and other study materials you upload or download would be in xls, xlsx, ppt, pptx,doc,docx and PDF format.
1E). Are your responsible for the content available in your website?
CampusNote is not responsible for the content of any of the Notes available in the website.
2A). Do you maintain confidentiality of my email address?
All information you provide to CampusNote is safe. We neither share nor distribute any of your private information with any other party. Your details will be used for communicating on matters related to CampusNote and for queries concerning order status.
2B). Can I retrieve a password that I forgot?
You cannot recover your old password. But the moment you enter the registered email address, a temporary password is emailed to your account. Once you have logged in with your temporary password, you can always re-set your password from the My Account page.
However, if you have forgotten your email address, in that case, you need to register once again and create a new account with CampusNote for available services.
2C). Can I access CampusNote from any browsers?
Our website has been tested; it has cross platform compatibility. You can access CampusNote using Firefox and Chrome. Please keep your security settings at default and allow us to check your authentication when you have logged in.
2D). Why can't I log in or create a new account?
Usually, this error appears if you have entered text in one of the boxes, but have pressed the button corresponding to another box. So, make it sure that the correct button is entered on the login page.
If you are a registered user, then keep the text boxes for the ‘new customers’ section empty. On the other hand, while creating a new account, keep the boxes for the existing customer section empty.
2E). How can I change my registered email address?
If you want to change your registered email address due to any reasons, follow these steps:
- login with your ‘registered’ or old email address and password
- click on My Account and look for Update Information
- change the ‘current email address’ to the one you want to and from the next time onwards use your changed email address while getting logged in.
